Mean Green Smoothie
A nutritious and very tasty smoothie loaded with greens will give your mornings a boost
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) Tropicana Pure Premium® Orange Juice or Tropicana Pure Premium with Calcium + Vitamin D
- 1 cup (250 mL) each chopped kale and baby spinach
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) honey
- 1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes
How to make it
- In blender, combine orange juice, kale, spinach, banana, avocado, honey and ice; pulse until smooth.
- Tip: Add a scoop of protein powder, chia seeds, hemp seeds or nut butter if desired.
