Apple-Cinnamon Chia Pudding
Enjoy all the flavour of apple pie ‑ in a nutritious and easy chia pudding
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) Tropicana Pure Premium® Apple Juice
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla
- Pinch ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) plain 2% yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) toasted chopped pecans
- Maple syrup, for serving (optional)
How to make it
- In bowl, combine apple juice, 1/4 cup (60 mL) water, chia seeds, vanilla and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until chia blooms and mixture thickens.
- Top evenly with yogurt, pecans, and maple syrup (if using).
- Tip: Add a grated apple to chia pudding before serving if desired.
